Perfect location, 3min walk to Ski Lifts and Gondola yet away from the Après Ski noisy crowd. Very well equipped kitchen, room small but comfortable but lacks space to dry Ski clothes. Secure Ski stowage but no Ski boots dryer. Staff is very friendly and always volunteering their help. Secure underground parking ensuring quick and easy access to your room. I will definitely return.

Although I have yet had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, I give it 5 stars. I booked a trip for my family and it was a non cancellation booking as it was a fantastic price for the accommodation. Unfortunately due to work, I wasn’t able to make it and called to cancel hoping to plead for the cancellation fee of the whole entire stay (which were the terms and conditions at booking) to be waived. Management was super accommodating and helpful and instead of telling me the “terms and conditions” of the booking as I anticipated, cancelled my reservation and gave me a full refund. I missed the opportunity stay there this time, but I will definitely book at the hotel next time for whistler. We do a trip every year!

We really liked this hotel. The only reason I would not give it a 5 star rating is due to it's age. It is a bit dated, but was very clean and well equipped for our 3 day stay in the summer. Beds were comfortable and the full kitchen was a bonus.

Good spot to stay. Dogs are welcome! The rooms were clean and fine but the overall this hotel can use an update. There is a gym but it's basically one of the hotel rooms with some cardio equipment and free weights. The pool was also closed during the time we were here. I would come back again though and give it another star. It is fairly loud as it's right in the village but ear plugs are provided.

Easy access to everything within Whistler. Wonderful room with everything available - all kitchen essentials, dining space, cute fireplace. Basically like a small apartment. Underground parking with heating.
